A Fedago venture

What this is

Apparition is the intake for Fedago — a venture studio that builds its own products at unusual speed. You have an idea worth more than a note in your phone. Most never get built; the ones that do wait months and cost a fortune.

Here, you hand us the idea. If it fits, we sit down together and build it live on our own build engine — the same one behind our own ventures. You arrive with a description. You leave with software, and your name on it.

How it works

Submit

Describe the idea and how to reach you. It takes a moment, and it costs nothing.

Review

We read it, weigh it against what we've already explored, and if it resonates, we reach out.

Convene

A live working session. We settle on what we're making — and what's fair to you — before anything is built.

Appear

In that session, our build engine renders your idea into working software. You watch it take shape. You leave with it.

On ownership

Plainly: what you send is protected. We hold it in confidence, we don't leak it, and if we build it with you we credit you and define your stake before work begins.

What we will not pretend: we can't grant exclusivity over something we were already pursuing. We keep a dated, append-only record of every idea we've explored. Where your submission overlaps it, it does not bind our prior work — and we will show you the record. The honesty is the point; it's the only way the promise of credit means anything.

Hand us the idea.

Apparition is a Fedago venture. Submitting an idea does not, by itself, create any partnership, employment, or obligation. Your submission is held in confidence and you will be credited if we build it with you — but Apparition keeps a dated, append-only log of ideas, and where your submission overlaps work already explored, exclusivity is not promised. A signed mutual NDA and any IP or revenue terms are settled at the build meeting, not by submitting this form. Do not send anything you consider trade-secret confidential until a signed NDA is in place. “Built in minutes” describes our build engine’s demonstrated speed on prior products, not a guarantee for any given idea.
